On Details Page In ForexFactory It Is Mentioned "'Actual' less than 'Forecast' is good for currency;"

My Question Is That Crude Oil Is Described As US Oil So What "'Actual' less than 'Forecast' is good for currency;" Means?
Is It Good For Oil Or USD. And If It Is Good For Oil Thaan Will It Go Up Or Down?

Has no effect on currency only oil. Less investory is bullish because supply is lower and prices usually are higher.
