DOW almost at S3 weekly pivot. With a daily loss of about 4,5% this might be a good spot to scalp.

Why 2,300? There's decent support at 2,400:

Agreed to some degree, I do think we're at pivot at the moment.

Trends either breaking or we're seeing a bounce.

My plan is to setup a couple of options puts, with some SPX calls to off set risk, /VX looks insanely interesting if anyone is looking to take more aggressive moves

Personally got burnt trading /cl and dow after hours last night. Sticking mainly to options, dont have enough control to trade active 1m candles given the market as of the past few days.

Regardless gonna be interesting to see how things move from spx pivot.

One last thing to note fed has already lowered rates, with rates the market seems fairly weak from my POV.

Not to say there wont be a bounce, there could easily be a bounce off the current 2700 trendline, but if this trendline breaks at 2700 zone. I do believe we are seeing big red on SPX and most likely NQ

Bounce or blood on spx and nasdaq before week's end

Trump just spoke and my initial thoughts are his proposals aren't sufficient to stop this. Risk off is creeping in, SPX <2,700.

Not sure myself, futures market looks crazy.

Wish I went abit bigger. Hard to say if SPX trend breaks where NQ will be

Trump’s speech disappointed traders tonight. He’s either not taking this seriously enough or he’s being constrained politically by what he can do. Either way, base case is recession and risk is still way overpriced for that.

I hate to make this call, but I suspect there’s going to be a market crash tomorrow. Currently futures are down 5% and it seems likely equities could drop over 10% by tomorrow close.

Watch for another emergency rate cut by the Fed.
