My situation: I got margin called and then I deposit $100 on 2nd june, since then I didn't lose money overall. Today I saw only $79.22 that is why I am contacting them. I highly suspect its their automatic adding bonus, cos it will take out bonus $ when I withdraw real cash. example: If I deposit USD100, I will get bonus of USD50, so it's the same when I withdraw. It is just basically their system error, when I margin call, they want to minus out the "bonus", but no money there so, after I add USD100, they deduct from that. nonsense. here's the chat logs:
