DislikedEXNESS, Happy New Year... i need an explanation relating to leverage. we can discuss through a practical example, i wish to trade EURUSD only CMP is 1.37500 rounded to 1.40000 so, 1.4 i think, 1 EUR = 1.4 USD 1 LOT = 1 LAKH so, 1.4 LAKH USD My Leverage = 1:2000 so, 1.4 LAKH/2000 = 70 so, i need to trade 1 LOT = 70 USD minimum deposit am i correct ? then, talk about cutoff if, 30% if my position is in loss, drawn down to 30% of 70 USD, that is balance is 21 USD my trade will cut off. i think like this... really i need your explanation, it will help...Ignored
The minimum size of the first deposit depends on the type of your trading account.
When you trade on EURUSD and you buy or sell 1 lot with the size of the leverage 1:2000, the margin will be 50 EUR or 70 USD according to the exchange rates (1.40000).
On the Mini account the margin call is when you have 30% from your equity. In this case the margin call will be when your equity is 21 USD.
You may calculate all necessary thing using the trader's calculator on official website of our company.
Have a nice holiday!
