I have been exporting GFT daily data to a SuperCharts application for a few months.
I noticed some time ago, that the data has some changes from day to day.
The changes vary, though are usually of the close.
They can be only for a pip or two , but in many instances are for considerably more.
To see the difference in price you must have an independent record of the data on a given day then compare it to the data on the GFT platform, a day later.
I have asked Tech Support for an explanation and have worked with them continuously and while they are most solicitous, there has been no resolution.
It occurred to me that I am pointing out this changing data from my viewpoint of exporting it to another application.
But it obviously affects the charts put out by GFT and used by its clients with their analysis techniques, the same way.
How many of you GFT clients are aware of this ?
Perhaps it's just a problem associated with my set-up, which is what the techs intimate.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
