This means they could actually take 3 full days to get back with a reply since 8 hours is typical of one business day. Personally, I would hate to have to wait that long for a reply. Same or next business day is what I would call acceptable customer service, anything longer than that and I start to think their customer service team is grossly understaffed or asleep at the desk.
