What else do you know about this kind of API's? can you trade with them? or are they just indicatives for the graf's, and you have to go through the normal platform?

Quoting mrmikalDislikedStockwet is correct, CoesFX does offer a .NET API (very simple to use). Like MBT, they do not offer historical data...and it is free.
I was also going to suggest looking into MQL (Meta Trader) which offers some form of historical data and alerts...I'm not so sure about automated trading because I think it always pops the confirm buy message...I'm not sure if there is a way to surpress this.
One of the projects that I did was to integrate Wealth-Lab developer and MBT and a historical SQL Server database. That seemed to work well.Ignored
Quoting stockwetDislikedYou can suppress the popup alerts in MT4. There's a setting in Tools | Options | Experts that you check to confirm live trading. Uncheck it and trades will execute without notification. It's quite nice.
I tell you what I would REALLY want to see on the market. I think that MT4 and MQL are a robust combo. But, if you want to have your experts go, you have to have MT4 running all the time. It would be nice to have an MT4 process, rather than have the whole application run. In other words, there's a mini application that runs my experts but hides itself on the taskbar or something. That would be way cool.Ignored
DislikedHi all,

DislikedI use the MBT API and it has all the functions that are available on the MBT platform (their own client application uses the same API), MBT offers no hystorical data, so there is no API for that.

I hope to make you pleasantly surprised sooner then later with regards to your comments about MB not having historical data yet via the API.

DislikedThat would be fantastic. Maybe i can finally ditch eSignal if your history proves to be reliable. If you need any beta-testers, let me know.Ignored
