DislikedBTW for blueruby, both codersguru and firedave are my friends who dedicate some scripts, indicators, and EA in internet. They are honest people. They share and re-use each other codes for some more greater purposes.

AND from looking at their work and many others'. That's mostly my point -- nothing is original except maybe a strategy, and that's probably been tried also.
If someone has a program that really works (like Scott - smjones), they keep it to theirself, period. Copyright is not an issue in that case.
Copyright is important only when someone wants to sell the EA and keep others from passing it on for free or modifying it. I contend that if they're selling it, it doesn't work anyway. If I'm wrong, let me know and I'll be next in line to pay for a copy of that EA. I'd pay a lot for an EA that works.
If it doesn't work, and the seller is taking money for it, from people who expect it to make them money, then that seller is a thief and a liar.
So it isn't even important enough to discuss if some people are stealing from thieves.
And, BTW, every download is the same as making a new copy. If it's copyrighted, you've just broken the law if you didn't have permission from the owner of the right to copy.
Also, I'll never run anything that I can't look at the code on. Not even on a demo. If I don't know what it's doing, I won't mess with it.
