Since Oil has dropped almost 60% from its' peak last year, and it is said that Asia is hungry for Fuel, im thinking of going long on OIL till it hits $70.
I know nothing of this firm except that they exist, but forex.ch has oil with a 5 tick spread (retail).
If you were interested in the stock side of things, you could look at exchange traded funds (ETF's) like XLE (and trade options on them for leverage). ETF's are quite different than forex, but could be worthwhile of additional research.

I was wondering if you guys actively use any MT4-based broker to trade gold, silver and oil? I am interested to paper trade it to get a feel of what it is like.

Sounds really confusing. Interbankfx says they do not support gold and silver.

established brokers do not go hand in hand with Metatrader 4.
If you are just looking to papertrade, try waterhouse capital. They have MT4 that you can use to chart all types of intruments. I would then open an account with a more established broker to place your trades.
Have you tried;
Start MT4. Open the 'Market Watch' window (Ctrl+M). Right-mouse-click in the 'Market Watch' window and select 'Show All' from the right-click menu?
