Trends start & end in supply/demand zones. In relation to price, who is in control? The bulls (buyers) or the bears (sellers?) If the bulls are in control, where is the next supply zone located? If buyers are in control, go long. Now, DO NOT buy when price has made a higher high. This is very important. Instead, wait for a pullback and be ready to enter long. Your entry at a higher low will feel unnatural, but it's the correct way to enter the trend. Understand market structure and learn to utilize the higher time frames effectively. Risk management, position sizing, and stop-losses are all correlated. Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. This is my interpretation of the charts through my own eyes on my current journey to become a full-time trader. What are your interpretations of the charts? What do you see? Would love to hear other traders' insight and make this a great thread.
