Hey Guys,
I was wondering about peoples experiences with different brokers with the roll over on futures on mt4, now as I understand it there should be no diff between the prices charged and recieved as in lets say the roll over happens and the Oil price gaps up 40 points which it seems to do every month.
So from 90.00 to 90.40 and lets say you have 1 con short and 1 con long ( 10 bucks per point, close enough) so a hedged position.
So you should be charged 400 for the long and recieve 400 for the short, correct me if Im wrong.
Now one of the brokers im currently with they charge more on one side, I am talking to them now to work it out it just doesnt seem like cricket lol, but the other broker I have a accoutn with they charge the same both sides of the trade.
Now the broker that charges more on one side, sometimes its a fair difference in price which for the life of me I cant work out why.
Has anyone else had these experiences or can explain whats happening.
Its been happening with all the usual future cons.
Cheers
