"A trader's edge - myth or reality"
Let's not complicate things and get all theoretical here - the existance of an "edge" or not, should be defined by the outcomes of your trading methdology.
- If a "trader's edge" (in whatever form that edge takes) continues to produce profitbale outcomes on a consistent basis (months, and years) then it would seem pretty real, to say the least.
- If a "trader's edge" does not produce the desire outcomes then it is most probably a myth, of sorts.
Forget about the theory - look at the documented outcomes of your trading method - and work backwards from there. Whether it is a myth or reality should be pretty clear!
