It seems odd that companies who live and die by providing online services would not have reliable servers. So why do brokers need to constantly reset their servers. I am on IBFX and they reset their demo server daily. Their live servers seem better, but still annoying.
They just so happened to reset the server right during the asian session when things started heating up in cable and eurusd. They had a ton of time after NY and before asia where there was little activity.
It also seems ridiculous that they can't warn us of these things. You'd think we'd be able to either:
A - Have a website we can check to see when they will reset the servers
B - Get a mailbox alert through MT4 saying they will reset our server in 5-10 minutes.
Why do they need to reset the servers so often?
