So rn from my understanding the best thing a prop could do is to short term ban us traders so that metaquotes don't freeze everything like with TFF, and then migrate to dxtrade. Hopefully this shit resolves relatively smoothly

Disliked{quote} Damn they still have 10% target for phase 1.... i'll keep this firm for later.... I am looking for 8% or 6% phase 1 firms to quickly build some funded accounts in order to fund FTMO, tff, fxify etc kinda challengesIgnored
Disliked{quote} Stay away from TFF. Martingale or opening more than one trade in same direction not allowed. For example you can not open GBP/USD buy at 1.2700 and open a second buy at 1.2680. The first must be closed first. For me FTMO is still okay. I knew all these through trial accounts. Their mt5 is not seemless in executing orders. My FTMO trial account results is just excellent and FTMO even testified to it. Guys continue to wish me the best so that I will will join you live before the end of the year.Ignored
Disliked{quote} I've been with TFF for several years, with many payouts, and always entered my positions in 2 or more trades. I don't know about martingale (don't remember if I even did that) but opening more than one trade in same direction is allowed for sure. Anyway, TFF is gone for now and probably for a long time, if not forever, as we've been discussing all day.Ignored
DislikedBut why prop firms now banning US citizens?? Do people from US makes a lot of money doing trading?? They might have got some CHEATCODEIgnored
Disliked{quote} Have you not been paying attention here? CFD instruments are banned in the US. Majority of CFD exchanges banned US clients for the better part of 12+ years. Regulators are coming after prop firms and any third party vendors for skirting US regulations.Ignored

Disliked{quote}The CFTC have come after one firm where there is a fraud element in addition to the technical aspects. The courts need to decide when it comes to A / B book, simulated / live. Whether making our own markets is wrong / fine / using a third party broker is wrong / fine and whole host of other issues.Ignored
DislikedI have to admit something shameful. I've been trying the propfirms since september 2022 and to my shame I have spend over 20k euro's and still have not recieved a payout. I think I was in total funded over 1.2m and no payout. The gambling mentality really broke me. I'm currently funded 100k with fundingpips and I just need a change. Any tips from yall what I can do to make a change? I won't be chasing 10% profitsplit obviously lol. Is 3% too ambious?Ignored

Disliked{quote}Phase 1 target is 5% on FTMO Swing account type and phase 2 is less. Leverage is 1:30 and I like it so. My FTMO trial account results is just excellent and FTMO even testified to it. Guys please wish me the best so that I can buy a challenge account before the year runs outIgnored
Disliked{quote} The irony of it, the clueless ones believe we are the crazy risk takers trading with high leverage un regulated brokers. Meanwhile, I have no more than 3% of my "roll" sitting with any of them. Been doing this since 2014......but I'm the, what did they call me again........oh, ill-informed.Ignored
Disliked{quote} but how you want get maybe 1 million percentage win over time, when you put out the money from the broker? smarter is choose a good broker and secure your deposits inside against broker bankrupt and trade then with the money inside. maybe thatswhy your opportunity costs are still so low that you can use a prop and have advantage with this? because your wins in real accounts are to small because you put out most of money and so only very slow growing up and no using of compound interest effect? thatswhy with prop you make more against other...Ignored
Disliked{quote} It's all the same......the TOTAL trading capital still compounds. All trades risk and targets are based on TOTAL capital. My risk mitigation simply leaves most of that capital in my own bank. So, if 100K, 85K in my bank, 15K spread acrooss 5 high leverage brokers.....200K, 170K in my bank. 30K spread accross 5 brokers.....risk and targets are based on the 100K and 200K numbers, but due to 500:1 leverage, my money stays with me, not for margin.Ignored
