On MT4 go to INSERT >> INDICATORS >> TREND >> MOVING AVERAGE. In the MOVING AVERAGE parameters, you should have Period= 5, Method=Simple, Apply to= Close Choose the color and thickness and style according to your liking. Hope this helps
