Trump is a voice phenomenon. He is a real merchant and trader. Every time he makes such an extreme comment it ends by a good deal signed at the end. He is very good in manipulating his counter party's psychology

Trump may be good at negotiating deals in real estate but he's hopeless, indeed stupid, in negotiating in the political arena, He should be trying to keep the financial markets level. He's a real amateur compared to the likes of Merkel,

QUOTE: "China ‘Broke the Deal’ and ‘They’ll Be Paying’" Untrue.
US Consumers and taxpayers will be paying.. US Farmers will be Paying... Tariffs are a Stealth Tax.
QUOTE: “We have billions of dollars coming into our Treasury — billions..,” (POTUS Jan24-2019).??
Chinas not paying. US Consumers are paying. Its a TAX.

Evidence?
CRS (February) ..."Tariffs have led to a YoY increase of 12% on the price of washing machines in US".
Peterson (PIIE) .."Steel and alum tariffs increased price of steel products by 9% last year, (+$5.6 billion)."
Fed (RBNY/, PrincetonU & ColumbiaU) - "Chinese, and Steel&Alum tariffs cost US companies and consumers $3 billion a month in additional taxes and companies + $1.4 billion in efficiency loses in 2018.

It didnt work for Bush in 2002. Lifted 2003 when Analysis revealed tariffs damaging US GDP and Jobs.

Trump has to realize that China is not a Latin sandbox "banana republic", where US applies it's foreign Policy. He's maybe a good negotiator and manipulator in real estate but as mentioned here earlier, this is not real estate negotiation process.
US is now harvesting what they have seed from the mid 70's and which the rest of the World have followed. They have created this giant which is every year less probable to lay down on the knees. There is currently no way how to switch production back to US, Europe as it was before that. Of course they can still switch production to Mongolia, Laos, Chad, Niger Somalia or northern part of Antarctica once the ice melts down.

But Mr.D has a different role in his office and that is a total market collapse.

'Clowns like you' are ten a penny - so invested in the maundering narrative of the mesmerist in chief. The fact that there's none yet to replace him is the crux of it. Just look at the fallout of these last 2 years - the highest rate of staff turnover of any US President preceding his incumbency. Would anyone really want to work for the guy - unless you're one for cultish loyalty and self-abasement.
