Abuawad Your method is based on H4 closes. What do you recommend because of different H4 closes with different timezones/brokers? (they can be quite close, but they can be very different) e.g. in attached IBFX and Alpari UK, respective screenshots ...

Nice set of tweezers. A retace to ~1.977 would be nice.. Weekly is conflicting. Downtrend break (or is it just a downtrend shift?) but a double top and possible hanging man (to be confirmed). A daily close clearly above ~1.985 should indicate ...

To me this looks like a good example of a descending flag, indicating more upside (haven't seen one for a good while)

Where to now? — Equilateral triangle with maybe a downward converging triangle inside (blue arrows => near triple bottom) - screenshot 1. More downside? 2nd screenshot shows what happened yesterday - a series of giant hops lower, ...

Yes, last two H1 candles were red, and H4 candle just closed was a small near-hanging man (tho green with small body) Actually, a perfect set of H1 tweezer-tops also..

On Alpari UK, H1 shows a close (but not candle body) well above that trendline

Closed half my short at 19492, because of price hesitancy in 19480-19510, then of course almost immediately price moved down through 19479.. Should be through 1.95 now, so how far down? 1.9436 (138 % D1 fib extension + blue downtrend line) or 19425 ...

Thanx, but can anyone explain to me why the perfect H1 hammer (blue arrow) did not signify the end of the downtrend ?

What guesses on how far it will drop? Here's my mess - if it breaches 19700, then might breach the yellow uptrend line (which was already breached 3 days ago). Punting for 19624..

Here's my view — Possible upside to 19925 D1 24 % fib, if that breaks then onto swing highs 19965, 20026 or could retrace to 19790, 19750 or 19700

Shifted outwards slightly? That's the trouble with all TA - draw enuf lines on a chart, some are bound to be hit (not quite 100 % cynical, some truth)

Could today be shaping up as the inverse of yesterday, with "tweezer bottoms" possibly signalling a move up? (blue arrows - yesterday you used them as a signal for the move down). Yesterday there was confirmation, with price falling slghtly then ...

GBP/USD H4 closes in InterbankFX and Alpari UK — Two screenshots taken seconds apart (a few minutes ago) and composited into one image at 50 % size. Not the ideal but it let's you compare major differences at a glance. The candle bodies ...

Question for Abuawad - was this entry valid? — Went long on H4 open (blue arrow), clearly above the R3, and retracing from the previous H4 candle low @ 19664. As I understand your method, price should have gone to within a few pips of down ...
