Just thought I'd temper some of the excitement with a screenshot of a series of losses. I'm not sure if this method by itself has an edge long term, but I think its unreasonable to expect no drawdown.

So the average retracement over 677 samples was 1.9999. Back transformed, that is 10^1.9999 = 99.98 %. Wow, never underestimate to power of the market to be efficient, folks. the average leg length was 57.5 pips long. image
