Dra, If the market is in a range such as the weekly CD chart I posted, would it be wiser to wait for a break up or down before you consider taking a trade on such a pair?

My weekly trendline is yellow. The jy retraced and "hooked" around the weekly tl and is forming a Ebr candle. Would this be a valid short entry if one were inclined to enter a trade?
