Hi fellow coders. I need and EA to test a MTF MACD strategy. The direction is given by TF1 and TF2 (maybe a TF3 ?) : Sell MACD < 0 and MACD < Signal Buy MACD > 0 and MACD > Signal Take position in the direction with the MACD on current TF Sell/buy ...

I don't trade this pair, but according to the rules, it seems the best ever entry signal. All we need, is just to follow the rules. image

Thanks for the advice Obviously I'm not over leveraged, because I don't want to earn money quickly, but for the long haul, as you said.

Nice method, indeed . Also, I'm starting to build new positions, after two weeks of a terrible market range . So, I'm SHORT : EURAUD, GBPAUD, GBPNZD and LONG : AUDJPY, NZDJPY, CADJPY. Only 6 pairs, for now. I think this is a logic ...

Hi buddy, and thanks again for this powerful system . I'm using this method and, in one month, I increase my account by 100% ! Just one question. What do you mean about "moderate" and "aggressive" ? Is it the number of ...

You're welcome Keep us updated

This is normal : market is ranging ; and this is a trend strategy . Also, you have to manage your lot size. 5000USD is maybe not enough for 10 pairs. You should decrease the leverage and/or the number of pairs . But be sure when ...

Hi Erebus, Seems your SL is not 100 pips but more 96.728 + 1.00 = 97.728. Or, yours is at 98.948 (therefore 98.948 - 96.728 = 2.22 or 222 pips SL). On the other side, TP is exact : 96.728 - 3.00 = 93.728 Regards,

Yeah, that right. Sorry for the mistake :nerd:

Just we have to keep in mind that, with this strategy, it's SL ou TP hits. So, when we plan a strategy, we must consider losses, on average 30% per pairs. Be careful when you start : don't take positions with high leverage.

Hi Erebus, No, of course I don't close all trades. The question was "Do you guys let your platform running 24/7?" : No I don't. It's like I disable the EA during the night. So, if W%R hits OS or OB zone during the night, a new position is not open.

Hi ! Thanks a lot for the statistic

Personally, I turn it off at 11 p.m. and restart it at 8 a.m. I'm in France, so I trade Tokyo + London + New York sessions.

I know that with this system, we don't need EMA. But let me, please, ask something . On this EURAUD chart, we can see prices away from the EMA 20. Can we use this indicator to predict a market breathing, even if the MACD is long ? It's like PSAR, ...

OK, thank a lot for your answers. I'm a little paranoid sometimes . I must change.
- WardStradlat replied Jun 11, 2013
Thank you. It feels good, you're right. Especially as it is less stressful than a scalping system high leverage, tight stop, and glued on m1 charts . However, do you think that if the system becomes too popular, the Wall Street robots will be ...

Thank a lot for that, 100PipsADay I'm using this strategy since May 29th, trading 6 pairs : EURAUD, GBPAUD, AUDJPY, AUDUSD, EURJPY and CADJPY with 0.1 lot and 160 SL 320 TP. I increased my account : € 3,000 in two weeks and discover that I'm ...
