Yes, they do have coaches, but having a coach probably is not the key element for their success.(Because their competitors also have coaches.) I agree with you, a good mentor is helpful. But it's really difficult to find one.

I've noticed that some people on the forum are PROMOTING the so called "mentoring service" in a direct or indirect way now. But sorry to say, I have no interest in that.
