I think it has to be mentioned that this is an ascending TRIANGLE, NOT and ascending WEDGE. The former guarantees a drop while the latter is more BIASED to the upside.

I don't know about 139 since it looked like it established a firm base at 138.62.... If this drops, I would expect until 140.63 to establish the right upside down H/S and then up. This level also coincides with the MM 4/4 level.

This is actually what I see (which ain't worth a lick). If anything, this might find support around the 1.4037 level or 1.618fib which represent wave C of wave 2 (check the 4hr and daily/weekly). We'll see.
