Is there a clear definition what is „near“ ? Also If it’s not „near“ at which place an optimal signal should be around? If we wait until price passed the baseline isn’t that where price is offen already too close to the take profit targets or both ...

Check risk/reward for the signal. The SL for that trade would be quiet larger than the TP 1, so better skip such trade.

May i ask why do you need such large amounts of pips? I would be happy with 20 Pips a week. Do you trade with a $10 dollar account? a 100 Pips a month already would mean a 10-15% to my account. :-) The largest hedge funds probably do a 10-15% p.a at ...

Can we have the alerts on the open of the candle instead of the close so there is time to check the signals condition against all other rules without having to risk the entry candle already run too far ahead?

No a good buy signal in my opinion. - Already late in the day / New York session almost done. - Setup candle in relation to past ones quiet large. - Bad risk / reward. See TP 1 almost close to the signal candle. - You trade right into a resistance ...
