From my recent experience in trading gold, u see bulls and bears fight very often in lower tf. Supply and Demand / Support and Resistance is good enough for you to trade it, especially scalping. Take 30 - 50 pips. And it tends to retest up and down ...

Closed UJ long scalp, might retrace now. Holding gold sell... Might look for a GU or EU trade later. Pretty good scalp I would say. (My monthly salary in a day) Had a trade in gold otherwise I might enter more for UJ.
