Xaron replied Dec 10, 2008Well using a sl of 4 pips (and a brokers' spread of 2 pips) you just get stopped out due to the noise. This doesn't happen in backtests but in forward tests and is a problem for all scalping EAs.

Xaron replied Nov 30, 2008I don't mean coin tossing.
Around 1.60 we still had a clear uptrend... But I know what you mean. Maybe I'll just try that with some game money. Going long now in the EUR/USD or AUD/USD might be a "no brainer" using a safety zone of several ...Has anyone tried doubling their winnings each trade?
