As I understand it, the creditors demanded Greece changed its adminitration , laws , tax system and workers relation including pension system to conform to modern standards from when the bancruptcy no longer could be hidden. Greece chose to ignore ...

There is nothing new, the Greeks always say they want to do something but then nothing happens. For years sine they stand cap in hands. I would not trust any Greek's plan; they had years to simply do something to help themselves.

Greece needs sweeping restructuring and rid itself of its Mafia and corruption as much as support. But whatever support there is, it will be pure waste if if Greece does not accomplish its tasks.
