for longterm, it could be. base on past history, up and down (gold volatile) are in wide range. In my (newbie) point of view, scalping is more challenging

Agree.. but, in my (newbie) point of view, Gold is very volatile, so.. base on my newbie analysis, wide stop lose shall be implemented. I prefer use "scalping" technique for gold trading.
