Expand your horizon to other instruments, there is always volatility somewhere, eg Dow, Dax, Gold

Candle recognition is less important than what BTS is saying. Recognizing hammers or SS at the wrong place will hurt you. Look beyond candles and try and understand the intentions behind the candles at specific places on your charts

He does, this was basic PASR on m1/m5 off of the H1 trend and R. If a trade works, you eventually realize PASR was involved at some stage, consciously or not
