Yes I'm still in... in hindsight (nice thing hindsight eh?) I should have just gotten out higher and then waited for the dust to settle...but I guess this is a good exercise in patience.

Hi, actually it was much simpler than that - I had the minor TL at 14180 and price was hovering around 14200 (double 00) thus I decided to put my order in the middle hoping price would go back down and catch it -and in case price would have broken ...

Pipped I would contend that the second one is also wrong as you have a HH further back in time - thus - the fib should be drawn retracing from the LL to the HH. just my. 02

case in point - price went long reaching the .50 fib and stopped dead - now...where will it go? If it breaks the upper TL is the next target. all this imho of course

Hi, yes as a general rule he doesn't because as you correctly stated price could go anywhere.... I totally agree with the wheel part - but often times the only way to really learn is to get your knees a bit scruffed...

Nice entry - 14200 is a round number and albeit the major TL (Jacko parameters) is lower (on my feed 1.4130'ish) the price was hovering in that area for the last 16 hours - finally going back down within 7 pips of the minor TL (as I define them) ...
