Thing is a thread with the exact name as this one was opened before and guess what FXLQ was the winner for most capatilised mt4 broker . The safest option in imo is to spread your funds between a few highly capatilised brokers.

Alpari UK. No regulated broker will close your account if you "win". Although this would also depend on your trading style, make sure it is not against their TOS. (scalping, news)
