You can use always ema 30 e 10 in all TF, but, again you have to wait for a pullback in the TF in which you are trading.

In my opinion moving averages on high TF are almost delayed; more useful are the candles. Then in low TF (M1, M5, M15) you can use whatever moving average. But you have always to wait for a pullback on them.
