The Heiken Ashi oscillator has been of great benefit on the renko charts. Allows you to see the actual price bars and also the change in trend confirmed by the HA oscillator. Oscillator attached.

Well after three loosers I went up to the daily to look at the trend and decided it was going down. Placed a 10% recovery trade and left it to mature. It did and I'm back in profit! Not a comfortable way to trade.
