In this case, BOTH closed beyond the level, So it should continue. NO REVERSAL

The main idea is this: DXY and EUR mostly move the same (just mirrored), so when there's BREAK in the system (as I call it) then we see a reversal. Of course there's more to this, but in general, this is what is happening.
