LasVahGoose replied Aug 6, 2009Mentorship. Anyways, I'm sounding like pitch man, I don't want to. To answer the original question "Forex Mentors - The Best Investment You can Make?" I say YES, it is a good investment to have a mentor.

LasVahGoose replied Aug 6, 2009It sounds like you didn't take advantage of the mentorship. I was looking at a GBP/CAD trade and I emailed Jacko about it. We emailed back and forth every step of the way. I shared what I was thinking and what would be best and he gave his insight ...

LasVahGoose replied Aug 6, 2009Absolutely it is ethical if the method being sold / taught is valid and profitable. It would be unethical to sell a subscription that was teaching a method that was patently false. Just because the odds of 'making it' are low doesn't make it ...

LasVahGoose replied Aug 6, 2009Edit: Put this info in a PM. I belong to both and I'm happy with my decisions. I do think that it is important to have a mentor or mentors to help you along the way. I do believe it can literally shave years off the learning curve if you dedicate ...

LasVahGoose replied Aug 6, 2009Of course it is moral and ethical. This is like saying is moral and ethical to sell an exercise bike to someone that will probably use it for a week and then hang their clothes on it for years. It's funny, I was talking to someone just yesterday, ...

LasVahGoose replied Aug 4, 2009Huh? 1 Standard Lot (100,000) is $10 / pip. Also, how do you figure 40:1 leverage = 40% risk? 40% of $2500 is $1000. If you risk $1000 @ $10/pip your stop loss would be 100 pips. How do you figure 25 pips? No matter, 40% is a very high level of risk. ...

LasVahGoose replied Aug 4, 2009I believe if you want MT4 to expand to take up all 3 monitors you'll have to setup your computer to treat all 3 monitors as one big monitor (not separete monitors 1,2, & 3, but just monitor 1).

LasVahGoose replied Aug 2, 2009That really wasn't my main point, it was just a side note. The idea to control prices via controlling supply by bulldozing homes is bit out there, in my opinion. A true free market will eventually find a balance without needing to bulldoze whole ...
