yes but price leaves clues, flat trendlines often give birth to strong and protracted trends, whereas steep trendlines usually have short-lived trends.

part of the reason why I think EUR is going for a bull run to 1.28~1.29 soon is because it keeps respecting the 78.6% retracement level... it's been favouring very deep retracements which is a good sign of a bull run coming...
