Yeah I think Ive finally pieced together this jigsaw, Ive found with M1 chart if you wait for retraces with the trend to 65 sma or just over it which is 5 sma on M15 as near as I can fit it and hit the button just as the M15 is about to roll over ...

jumped back in at top of M15 pin bar 1,3659 out now +30 pips I love the way price reacts to 5 sma if price is at sma at end of 15 min period ill jump in in direction of trend v little stop loss that spike up nearly had me but i risked it
