If you look at the candles, even though it looks close to S38 the previous candles came into the S61 zone so technically it was valid. I did mention that I did not like the PA and did not enter which looking at now was a good decision.

You don't have enough history. Search the paperclip at the top right of this thread and look for the forceloadhistoricaldata script, load it on a chart and let it run. After you have the data reload the indicator and it should work.
