Meant to ask about this. How much time before 17:00 ET on Sunday do you incorporate into that day's pivot calculation? Since the interbank market doesn't open up until 17:00 ET, is the pre-market Sunday trade data that meaningful?

Affected to what degree? 10 pips off eur/usd's high is alarming? I see a small blip on all the majors. Not the effect of an assassination or bombing.

Jumping to conclusions a bit. Could be normal market behavior. This is nothing compared to the sharp slide off 120.50 a couple weeks ago.

So you hedged again when it fell below 118.18? What was your maximum drawdown during the trade? (unhedged unrealized loss) Or were you fully hedged until going long again at 117.70?

Ah but stochastics can remain oversold on the daily chart for weeks, even months. In a heavy trend, such as the sell-off underway, oscillators can be dangerous.

Doesn't that violate your don't trade based upon thought rule in a certain way? After all, isn't "oversold" a relative term?
