lol. Mine isn't doing so hot either, but I'm hanging in for now. Just can't buy the current PA. Although my stubbornness hasn't always served me well.

very interesting price action with today's thin market and Sterling. 150 pip reversal w/o no fundamental data. I'm having trouble thinking it will stay so high...

I'd hang in there for a bit. It's right at the really critical point right now, and oil is still heavy. A lot depends on the TIC report, but this could easily get you out at BE or better.

No doubt. 4760 is exactly what I've had marked for a while now. Tomorrow (I technically today) is exactly the kind of day that could blitz right through that level. I'm thinking a lot will depend on where we are when the TIC report is released. I'm ...

I'm not really sure. IIRC, there is a theory that would put this around 1.4500 area. We had what is now a clear double top, and then broke through a strong level of support. The range between was in the ballpark of 750 pips. Supposedly, we should ...

lol, I've had the same thought many times. It brings up a good point though. If you look at the 15M chart of EUR/USD when German GDP numbers came out (better than expected) you'll see a quick surge. But then it seems that reality struck and the ...

which really is the point of contention tomorrow with options expiration. I have no idea what's going to happen there, just wish I did. Today's prices totally fooled me. After yesterday's rise in oil, I expected to finally test former support around ...

well that was quick. Hit 1.4815 and shot back down 10 pips immediately. Now let's see if there's conviction in this down move. I wouldn't be surprised to see it struggle with the 1.5780/50 range as that held the top of many days from Nov through ...

I agree for the most part. It may get to that 1.4350 area, but I think it will take some time. For now, I'm just hoping for a pull back to 1.4815ish to get a nice short position. I've got a small piece around 1.4800 because the first run didn't ...

nice job lemming. I don't trade the short term sideways markets very well.

Thanks! Very interesting as it runs contrary nearly everything we're seeing about the two economies right now. Never know what could happen when the fiscal packages wear off though.

Can you explain this a little more explicitly? I'm not sure I truly grasp the significance.

Whew, glad I pulled it before the level hit and was completely ignored. I have had zero luck with the beast or any other cross for that matter. I've done really well with the USD pairs, but can't get a feel for the others.

GBP/JPY — Very few trades posted here lately, which is understandable. Here's my try at the pair I can't seem to get a handle on. Has to be some solid reaction here at 108

No idea, but wouldn't it have made more sense for intervention back when the GSEs were crumbling and the EUR/USD hit an all time high?

Okay thanks. Just wondering the price action was curious there. It went under the figure, down about a dozen pips, and shot right back over the figure. Now it's struggling back above looking for sellers I guess. I snuck in and scalped a few long ...

Thanks for that post BRV! EUR just popped through 1.4900. Talk of option barriers at that level. If I'm reading this correctly (probably not the case), and they were there and are cleared now, it should clear the way for price to decline further, ...

While this is true, I've also been able to use what I've learned from BRV to find great entries into strong trends (like this past week). Support turning into resistance was invaluable to me, and this thread helped me pinpoint such entries. I was ...
