Mate, it's an awesome piece of work. I'd say that the user interface of VO and TM are unconventional, and perhaps a little daunting at first, but it's very powerful, and there are heaps of shortcuts that make things very slick. It overcomes so much ...

Pffft! I'd be surprised and deeply suspicious if the fault wasn't mine :-) Yeah, it does thanks. I wonder if you'd be open to adjusting the logic to continue through the loop, and closing any of the SELECTED orders that are still open, rather than ...

Heyyyy, how 'bout a ... — Pardon my newbie question... With MT4, when you place a pending order, MT4 won't accept it if it is too close to current price. I think the limit is some 15 pips, right? Can TM, or VO-Pro, overcome that? Can I get it ...

Trying to do OCO on order close — David, I'm trying out TM, but can't seem to bend it to my will. I place two orders on a chart, one either side of price. The strategy calls for each order to remain open until the other closes (normal OCO will ...

David, You are amazing. This would suit one strategy I am looking at down to a tee, requiring a slightly modified OCO. I love it when I can be reading, and start to ask "Yes, but what about ..." and then go "Ahhh" as you answer that in the following ...

Aiaiaiaia my eyes!!! Wow, that is one busy chart. If you can trade like that, then I'm happy for you. I haven't found my niche yet, but I know I'm going to have to start simpler than that :-) Tony

Viewing bid and ask line natively in MT4 — MT4 can do this natively. It's the first thing I turn on when I set up a template. Press F8. (Optional) in the Colors tab, set the Ask line colour to be the same as the Grid colour. In the Common tab, ...

I have bought and used url in the past. It's advantage is that it can do multiple timeframes at once, though it's "chunky" - you kinda have to beat it into shape. I know others use url , which I believe is slicker (more nice to use) but could ...

It was late at night that I did this, but I'm reasonably confident that this is the case. I'm trying to recreate now, but my eyes are hanging out of my head, and I can't do any more tonight. Zero offence taken.

Maybe a fix for the build 406 issue — I am about to buy VO-Pro, but was worried about the slow down issues reported with build 406. I did some investigation; not really rigourously, though. 1. The issue appears during upgrades to build 406 2. ...

How did you decide your FTAs? — Nice one. How did you determine the FTAs? Was it simply the S&R of the chart? This might be a dumb question, but the other blue bars - they're not further FTAs are they? If so, I marvel at your foresight :-)

More on FTAs — Ghous, I second a previous comment - thanks for this. "trading into traffic" means approaching areas of support / resistance, and or round numbers, right? Is "lack of space" any different? Thanks

DBHLC - what is "lower close" — Hi, I thought it's time I introduced myself at this end of the thread (in line with the early post of saying "read lots at the front, then jump in at the end") I've been toiling through the first pages ...
