Well done for getting +40, but can I suggest that when posting your plan that you use spaces and take CAPS lock off. It really kills the eyes when trying to read a plan that has no spaces and caps lock is stuck on!! Thanks Shaun

Let me rephrase and hopefully help you. Not only would what have happened on the 2hr stopped you going long, it was also a signal to go short!!!

Yes, press ctrl and T, which brings up your terminal. Then select alerts. Then right click and select create. Fill in your desired level etc and bingo your done.
