i like using bollinger bands for trend and moving average for short term support on bigger timeframes, usually uses the moving average line as a retracement area (both on mt5)

usually i just know them from wicks and candles, unless its resistance in a new high i just use fib 1.6 and 2.6 or round numbers, might be a better way tho
