Great trading Emmanuel, I entered eurusd, got spooked by a small retracement and closed for a small profit, should have just 'set and forget' Perhaps a potential 4h setup forming, but will wait and see... All the best

Have just been reading Phx62's pdf (again!) something that might help people in back testing which I didn't know.... Pressing f12 moves one candle forward at a time, only a minor point but it's helped me so I thought I'd share it. Hope everyone ...

Once again your analysis puts me to shame, think I'll have the day off trading as its NFP and just do some learning instead

There is a good pin bar on 1hr charts (easier seen with normal candlesticks) and the TDI cross angle is strong; Only thing I would say is whether the trade can be completed by NFP today, or at least at breakeven...

Fantastic Emmanuel, thanks so much for your detailed explanation. You have made me think much more about PA than just the TDI cross and change of colour. I'll know it for next time now

Thank you for your response, yes I see the PA setup (I think!) The GMT0600 candle is a breakout candle as it broke out of the consolidation period that happened with the previous 14 bars (especially the WRB) Therefore, if I understand correctly the ...

I have a question, hope I explain it properly; Phx62 trades the London open a lot of times.... When the TDI cross occurs near the London open with a change in candle colour, that is my preferred setup (take the EUR JPY 1HR yesterday for example). In ...

Maybe this will help; Exited with 30 pips, could/should have got 60 pips...see how stupid we look when we close profits too early?! I feel your pain, it's something I really need to work on as well. All the best, good luck with your trading...

Would the high impact EUR news be something to consider? I'm not sure what peoples views are on entering a trade when there's high impact news coming out shortly....?

I'm not sure how long you have been 'studying' this method but if it's since you've subscribed to this thread then it's not long enough at all. There are some truly exceptional traders in this thread and it's a privilege for myself to learn from ...

When I see a thread started in 2009 and then the same thread starter posting successfully in 2013....that shows there is no question of this method being profitable. Have a lot of reading to do, thanks for posting your system. All the best,

Wish you all the best with this method, wouldn't you get lots of false signals though? E.g a pin bar is showing a rejection of something if it's not rejecting a line or an ma then what is it rejecting? Same with an indecision candle? Regards,
