yes.. same oscillator in both timeframes.. and better to have first a divergence in the higher timeframe.. and then look for the perfect entry in the lower timeframe.. same as Scrat.

ah ok.. but having a higher high close.. is not a good idea... i'm not sure. Risky for me. Since it is a daily chart.. you would have to see the weekly chart to first spot an OB level.. and then look at the daily chart to catch the divergence.. ...
