also as always you have to have clear your target before entering... you have to see where is it in higher timeframes.. to see if you can take 5 pips.. 10 pips.. 20 pips.. or try to play a 100 pips run...

yes... it is a confirmation of an oversold or overbought level... and then you can use any strategy you want to enter.. scaling in.. or wait for confirmation... or risk everything at the divergence point.. (not recommended)

try to do it in non demo.. it is not the same... you would have worried much more with that HUGE drawdown of 10%.

after demo trading for a while... and you start to feel a bit confident.. I suggest you to open a live account.. a very small one.. for example at oanda.. and start trading microlots.. very small amounts... but it is much better than demo trading ...
