Some brokers are B- Book brokers which means they internalise the trades. if you are arbitraging that means they are handing out free cash . other brokers who are true STP dont have an issue because the LP's handle that.

Without 2 different opinions we don't have a market . 2017 will be a flight to US dollar . If Trump is true to his word about US corporations offshore, then expect a massive flow into the US dollar . I would be concerned about Europe in 2017

Pathetic actually. I can understand if they ban gambling all together but to single out FX, well that just idiotic. What they should do is not ban but educate. FX can be a very profitable asset class provided you treat it as an investment.
