I think they just gave away the secret that they are in fact a dealer and are taking the other side. If not, they would have 0% interest in the length of any trades you make.

I would say Oanda and EFX are you best choices. However, I don't have first hand experience with any other brokers, other than GFT, who is not a good choice.
