Yes, I did get worked up a bit. I don't like self appointed forum police trying to impose their own made up rules. You don't like someone telling a trader their entry stank, I get that, but it's not like I was being a dick about it. I was more or ...

Whatever, I'm not like that at all. Only reason I'm posting here is because there is nothing better to do while I watch my trade presently. Everyone else is putting in their two cents and I can't? Why's that? You don't like my opinion? Or just the ...

No need to get your panties ina bunch, I just wasn't clear on what you meant by what you typed. Relax it's a forum, people have convos while watching paint dry, err waiting for price to move.

I'm thinking more 1.2259 in the shorter term. If not today tommorow perhaps. Big deciding point there. If it breaks that soundly I'll be looking for around 1.21324 and if it breaks that.....well it will be a very nice day.

That still did not make the meaning clear. All I got out of it was that you think I shouldn't comment on his entry as a courtesy. Were you telling him to watch me? (I hope so, cause the posts of his I've read havn't been, um, helpful.)

Not really a beautiful long entry would have been at 1.22848 This is just a retrace. I think it will go long to about 1.23315, then get ready to go short again. Too many stops below.

Do you have anything to back this up? Or are you long and screaming this like a retarded child, in hopes that mario will save your long for you?

No thanks, I actually did study it for a few months to see if I thought something was useful about it. I came to the conclusion it was rubbish invented by someone who deluded himself.

Which is what I think of traders who think Eliot wave theory is actually useful.

IMO (and I know Ill catch shit for this) Elliot wave is full on BS. It's just like using an indicator that looks good in hindsight. Counting waves and saying because it's on wave x, it's going to continue this way or retrace this amount then go this ...

[quote=sdcasper;5914651] I can tell you with confidence why you go in the negative each trade almost immeidiately. Like most noobs, you see a move with some momentum behind it, then you enter as it breaks a resistance, then of course price promptly ...

Dissapointing yes, waste of time yes. Bad for psychology, not for me, I've been trading long enough that my emotional state and confidence is no longer effected by wins/losses or strange market behavior. So, I don't panic just because a trade goes ...

Don't feel bad I got in last week short at 1.23315 trying to fade the reaction after Draghis? (is that how you spell chuckle heads name) hopium speech. I've had to endure 110 pips of being underwater at $10 dollars a pip.

It's not that big of a jump, zoom out and scroll back. It's a retrace/stop hunt. As soon as it past 1.2340 you better believe half the retail traders set stops there or at past support/retrace points. It's just the bladed pendulum taking out the ...

So what if they are, just because someone is buying doesn't mean price automatically surges up. They could be buying and holding for much longer term prices. (buy the rumor sell the fact, lol.) Don't forget that the last long spike was the result of ...
