darko2010 replied Feb 13, 2020I realized S&P 500 makes less hectic moves versus the Dow that only represents 30 stocks. At the end of the day, performances are similar, but volatility is harder on Dow at least IMO

darko2010 replied Feb 13, 2020I agree with you on the market news part, it's just noise compared to PA. Market puked further this morning but PA last night was not overly panicky despite lack of POBC stimulus. Europeans took the opportunity to shake weak hands and, of course, ...

darko2010 replied Feb 13, 2020Maybe, but the market already decided it didn't matter on Jan 31st and after. We'll see, but I think shorting after it puked already 200 points is not something I would do in an otherwise bullish pattern. Good luck anyway

darko2010 replied Feb 13, 2020600-610 is a daily S (formerly R) IMO. If it doesn't hold, it's back to 500. Also, the virus news is nothing new, just a change of mayor that cleaned the air, not an acceleration of the virus

darko2010 replied Feb 12, 2020Hello everyone, I just discovered this thread and will try to contribute productively. I am fairly new to equity indices but I look at Dax, Dow, S&P, Nasdaq and Russel 2000 although I mostly trade Dax and Dow. So long as the Fed and other Central ...

darko2010 replied Nov 28, 2019I agree with you to some extent, but: The daily and weekly show no weakness so far The Fed is still in full QE mode and free cash is plenty The market awaits for the decision on tariffs by Dec 15 Trade safe

darko2010 replied Nov 7, 2019S&P sets the tone, not the Dow IMO. 3100 in sight, 3200 would be a big level for most. We are already in crazy town but that's the reality we live in. But it really feels like 2007... Trade safe

darko2010 replied Oct 16, 2019It was a good entry. If your SL is around 71.50, you should be fine, and if you get stopped, so be it. The main thing is that you followed your rules and that, in the long term, you win more often than you lose
