When it reaches there I will monitor for at least 30 min, if new high is not made, will consider selling it. I would not immidiately jump into selling. But I will sell within few hours.

No the news is not important at all. Euro will rise and then drop later regardless of the news. News time is important only, if there is a drop just before the news, buy and close within 30-40 pips profit.
